NON LUOGO / OUT OF PLACE
Fuori stagione e fuori luogo.
There are days that I feel out of place.
Out of season and out of place.
It is the November darkness or traces of things that seemed overcome ... and they are not.
These days my favorite non-place,to fight dark thoughts is the garden where
anything can happen.
Dripping, textures, color led with my fingers ... total freedom.
This canvas is a birthday gift and should have been painted with a Tuscan landscape, that of the farm where was born Danilo.
For years it wandered with us from home to home, sometimes hanging, so white, so do not ruin it.
Now something appears ,floating, light, just barely visible, is my personal non-place where everything can dissolve in water and colors, bringing peace and balance in my heart.

AUTUNNO DORATO/GOLDEN AUTUMN
Nulla scompare e tutto ritorna.

| Thinking on autumn golden leaves in wind I painted this sketch in my afternoon RitaVaselliWatercolor- Golden Feelings-20"x"28"on Fabriano cardboard |
every leaf seems to have gold inside, when is about to vanish.
Walking on golden leaves, I put my eyes on branches full of gold ...
A final glow, almost promise of summer to come.
Nothing disappears and everything comes back. In these days of remembrance for our loved ones who live in an invisible dimension, it brings me hope to know that seasons will come back, always.
Through my grandchildren, Alice and Beatrice Leon, my personal Autumn is already intense spring.

DRAMA
Primi giorni dove stare in casa sembra piacevole e protettivo.
Now first days that staying at home looks nice and protective.
How long it was last year in my life !!!
As a surfer on the wave keeps the balance even I continually adapted my life to the rhythm of events.
On my painting that brought the addition of black and something more dramatic.
I'm still a woman, happy for all God gifts, but my life has been touched by some adversity and two deaths that have changed part of my painting , as even part of my life.

ESSENCE#4
Una volta aveva un nome solo
adesso compare in mille aspetti
più difficile il viaggio
più delicato il modo di sentire.
Ancora io rischio il mio cuore
piuttosto che vivere dentro l'assenza.
Once it had only a name
now it appears in many aspects
more difficult journey
more delicate way of feel
I risk my heart yet
than living inner absence.

Siamo stati il sole
l'uno per l'altra
e il fuoco che si accende
dentro il cielo
all'inizio e alla fine della notte.
We were the sun
each other , the fire
that lights up sky
at the beginning
at end of the night.
